How to Qualify

The new insulation must increase your home’s R-value to R-13 or higher
Only exterior walls qualify (walls between a conditioned living area and an unconditioned living area.)
Hire a qualified Pasadena contractor and receive an additional $0.05 back per sq. ft.
Submit your online rebate application, along with a copy of your detailed receipt/invoice and the required supporting documents, within 180 days of purchase and installation.

How to Apply

Log in to your PWP account
Select “Apply for Rebate”
Please upload electronic copies of the following:
- Your complete sales receipt or paid invoice, including:
  - Product and model number
  - Proof of final R-value
  - Date purchased and installed
  - Product specification sheet
Once approved, your rebate check will arrive in 6 to 8 weeks

Terms

Only residential PWP electric customers are eligible
Retrofit projects that require an insulation upgrade to meet Title 24 requirements are not eligible
Limit 1 rebate per property, every 15 years
